The May 30, 2020 ordination and consecration of the Rt. Rev. Frank S. Logue as Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia. The consecration took place at Christ Episcopal Church, Savannah, Georgia.

A brief glimpse into the 170th Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia, which met February 7-8, 1992 in Albany, Georgia. The Heritage House Hotel hosted the meeting and St. Paul’s Church the Eucharist. Bishop Harry Shipps presiding. Bishop Michael Marshall Guest Preacher.

The video above was produced in 1992 to give a tour of the Diocese, its mission and ministries, connecting these to the Anglican Communion around the world.

This video was produced in 1989 for a $1.6 million capital campaign for the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia. The campaign doubled the number lodge rooms at Honey Creek and created a fund for missions to use largely for brick and mortar projects. Church buildings were built for Atonement Augusta, Holy Cross Thomson, Trinity Statesboro, St. Elizabeths Richmond Hill, and Grace Sandersville through the use of matching funds grants. Land was also purchased in Effingham County and Columbia County, along with some parish hall and classroom projects.

A liturgy of thanksgiving for the 7th Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia, the Rt. Rev. Paul Reeves, and the Investiture of his successor in that office, the Rt. Rev. Harry W. Ships. These were held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Augusta, Georgia on March 14 and 15, 1985.
